Terms and Conditions
Payment can be made by either Cash, Cheque, or Direct Debit.
A refundable bond of £50 must be deposited per unit. This covers the lock and key. The bond is refundable on the return of the lock, the original key, and having cleaned and cleared the unit.
Payment is due on the first day of the month. All accounts are payable one month in advance.
The bond together with any unused hire is refundable after you move out.
Minimum rental period and notice to leave is just seven days.
No "lodging" or overnight stays will be permitted.
Two forms of ID are required, confirming your address and signature. For example, a passport, driving licence, utility bill, credit card, etc.
To ensure no risk of condensation in the winter months all goods must initially be stored dry.
It is recommended that our customers maintain insurance cover for the duration of any storage contract entered into with us.
Items NEVER permitted in the units
Some items are not permitted to be stored. If you fail to comply you will be asked to leave.These include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Flammable substances and chemicals such as cleaning fluid, petrol, paint, etc. You can safely store lawn mowers and other items with small engines, but please drain the petrol first.
- Explosives, Ammunition & Firearms.
- Toxic materials.
- Perishables, food in open containers, or any items that may attract pests.
- Living or dead animals.
